My friend, Gail, invited me to go up to their cabin with her for a few days. It was two days of lovely, lazy, and friendship enhancing relaxation. We had BLT's and wine supper on the screen porch, went around the lake (Staples Lake in Wisonsin) in the paddle boat and read and relaxed whenever we wanted. It was THE BEST> a great treat to add to my summer fun.
Tomorrow is Ken's birthday and we're going to The Great Minnesota Get-Together.
