Yoga teachers

Shannon is my yoga teacher here in town. I go on Wednesday nights for an hour with three or ten other souls.. And now I have another teacher from U-tube. Her name is Seane Corn. I liked what she has to say first, and then discovered that there are many little clips of her on U-tube, so I watch her practicing yoga and get to hear what she has to say whenever I want to thanks to the amazing internet.
