New dishes, simpler table setting
We bought a new set of dishes with 8 place settings, enough for every day and company. Today, I decided to pare down and clean out the old variety stuff I've collected over the years to try using just one set of dishes. We had supper on our new dishes tonight.
They're just plain white, but light weight bone china and they seem elegant.
I know the cupboard is an antique, but, suddenly, all cleaned out, it looks so quaint and old-fashioned.
