Time for a new painting

I painted this after attending my first meeting of the MN watercolor society and watching a quick, well, to us fascinated by it, demonstration by a local artist, Dick Green, who has had many paintings at the state fair and even a painting accepted and purchased by the American Watercolor Society.  He painted large, but this is a miniature, about 2.5" square.  I've always been fascinated with sunlight on rocks.
