I'm leaving again on Saturday for a trip to the east coast, first to see my brother, Lar, and then on to a workshop on what I call integrating your mind and body.  It's really about paying attention to (or coming back to) your senses.  I'm pretty excited about it, but the flying and connecting and then getting from the airport to the workshop and then getting back to the airport and then connecting flights.  maybe it's just too close to my last trip and I haven't had time to ...forget all the coordinating hassles.  I just need to do my best and then let go and trust that it will all work out, but it's hard.
