Bread making on the new counter

OMG (oh my goodness on this blog), I have a new favorite hobby: kneading bread dough.  It's so much easier with this cold glassy surface to need the dough.  I don't need so much flour which makes a lighter loaf too.  And cleaning up is easy too, unlike the "breadboards" I used to use, even as a kid at home on the farm.  (Maybe the breadboard wasn't for kneading, but for cutting the baked loaves.  Funny.  Any way, I'm having fun now.  Yay!
