I'm workin' on a new scarf to go with my purple parka. I hope to have it done next week. This picture doesn't do the colors justice. I'll try again.
I'm having fun with this "new" winter thing. Today, I took Rellie to the hardware store and we bought a snazzy new sled. After a supper of waffles and bacon with Ken(who made the waffles) and Sarah (Grampa and Mama), we tried it out. We didn't make it to the little hill in our park. Rellie kept watching the sky and the clouds moving. Finally, she said, "It's beautiful." How could I distract her from that! We got a nice gentle start by coasting down the sidewalk hill beside the park and pretty soon it was dark. But I could tell that it's going to glide nicely. I can't wait! Maybe I won't.
